Product Introduction:
For our sublimation screen ink could be used on all kinds of screen press. Because it belongs to gas shading, so first print image on paper, second put the paper on fabric, and then press the paper with transfer machine. Under the temperature about 190°C-220°C, transfer time 10-30 seconds, the ink on paper will become gas and go into fabric. So the image will be from paper to fabric.

It applies to all kinds of screen printing machine.
Use Method of Sublimation Silk Screen Ink
In normal condition, use the ink on screen printer directly. The chemical for normal screen printing can be available to adjust the ink attribution. First print image on paper by screen printer, then transfer the image from paper to fabric or other materials by heat transfer press.
Available paper
80-120g wood pulp paper or kraft paper.
Printed materials
Fabric, mug, plate, metal, wood, ceramic, and etc.

Water based; ink granule is 15 um;120-300 DPI, 1kg ink can print 80-100m2 image.
Attention
(1) The color on paper and the color on fabric are different.
(2) When print the paper, the design should be mirror image. It means the image on paper is reverse, but after transfer on fabric, the image will be right.
